Steak doesn’t need to just be for special occasions; this class includes a recipe for date nights, but it also covers easy weeknight dinners and making steak for a crowd. We’ve thoughtfully selected the right steak for each recipe and its intent based on flavor and marbling, as well as cost.


  • Weeknight Meal: Sheet Pan Beef & Broccoli (NY) & Steakhouse Steak Salad (Flat Iron)
  • Hosting & Celebrating: Steak Tacos (Flank) with Pico
  • Date Night: Brown Butter Lemon Steak (Filet)
  • Dessert: Butternut Squash Crisp
  • Drink: Citrus Sparkling Water

Date: Thursday, December 14th, 6:30 pm (Plan on about 2 1/2 hrs)

Location: Mosida Market Kitchen above the Lehi butcher shop

Price: $75 per student (save 15% when buying two seats)
