Steak doesn’t need to just be for special occasions; this class includes a recipe for date nights, but it also covers easy weeknight dinners and making steak for a crowd. We’ve thoughtfully selected the right steak for each recipe and its intent based on flavor and marbling, as well as cost.
Menu:
- Weeknight Meal: Sheet Pan Beef & Broccoli (NY) & Steakhouse Steak Salad (Flat Iron)
- Hosting & Celebrating: Steak Tacos (Flank) with Pico
- Date Night: Brown Butter Lemon Steak (Filet)
- Dessert: Grilled Peaches with Whipped Cream & Granola
- Drink: Citrus Sparkling Water
Date: Thursday, October 19th, 6:30 pm (Plan on about 2 1/2 hrs)
Location: Mosida Market Kitchen above the Lehi butcher shop
Price: $75 per student (save 15% when buying two seats)
