April 14th: All Things Steak with the Butchers

In our most popular class, you'll learn all about steak and get a behind the scenes look at how we bring top quality steak to our customers every day. 

Our butchers Will and Shad will help you explore high and low end cuts of steak as well as varying cooking methods.  You'll be watching the guys cut, prep, and cook 5 varieties of steak then eating all five plus sides, so come hungry!

Menu: Varying cuts of steak, salad, mac & cheese, and our famous tallow fries as served in our Farmhouse Kitchen restaurants.

Date: April 14th, 2026 6:30pm (plan for around 2 1/2 hours)

Location: Farmhouse Kitchen restaurant, above the Lehi Mosida Market butcher shop
